Lonesome Coyote Beach House is a newly constructed home with a separate entry ground floor 1BR / 1BA efficiency from the 2BR / 2BA main living area on the second floor and a private viewing deck on the third level. This is in an ideal location in Old Town for walking to shops, restaurants and nightlife, watching the ships in the channel and listening to music from the nearby venues from the third story deck above.
The bottom floor efficiency can be entered by a ramp or steps. It is comprised of (BR1) an Ex. Long Twin bed and a Full size bed, a built-in cabinet with granite surface, a decorative fish hanger and a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Enjoy the day’s catch cooked on the grill while sitting under the shade of the upper deck. There is also an outdoor shower in the breezeway area. The driveway provides ample space for parking four vehicles. Venture up to the main second floor level to find outdoor seating in both the sun and shade, perfect for sipping your morning coffee. The front entrance reveals the spacious living area giving this home an open, airy feeling with varying color bursts in a modern coastal style theme and tile floors carried throughout the house. The inviting living room consists of a leather couch and matching accent chairs for watching movies on the wall mounted TV with cable and WIFI. There is also an Ex. long Twin bed in the living area. Try out your culinary skills in the stylish kitchen equipped with granite counter tops, open cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, dishes, and basic pots, pans and utensils. The adjacent dining table has seating for four to savor the prepared meals. There is additional seating for two at the bar. The guest room (BR2) is made up of a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, chest and TV and has access to the hall bathroom with a wall mounted sink and tub/shower.
The master bedroom (BR3) is complete with a Queen size bed, custom headboard, nightstand, closet, chest and an en-suite bathroom with a wall mounted sink and a large shower with a bench.
Amble up the outdoor third story spiral staircase to a serene place to unwind and lose track of time. Observe parts of Old Town, watch ships drift down the channel, listen to music from nearby venues and take in the Gulf breeze. It is a quick .8 mile drive to the beach and .6 miles to the Marina.
