Rockin’ Pelican is newly remodeled and sits in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac street. Located in town, it is within walking distance to the Community Pool, park with a playground, and 0.6 miles to restaurants, shops, and nightlife, and a quick 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
Rockin’ Pelican has a warm and inviting feel as you walk in the door. The comfortable couches and matching armchairs are made for relaxing and watching movies on the TV with cable; one of the couches is also a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped to meet your cooking needs with spacious countertops, appliances, crisp white cabinets, wood embellishment accents on the walls, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy your freshly prepared meals at the dining table with seating for six. Sip your morning coffee on the covered balcony while taking in glimpses of the ships passing in the channel, or gaze at the sunset in the ocean breeze. Seek refuge in the guest room (BR1) made up of a Queen bed, nightstands, a closet, and a luggage rack. Kids will love sleeping in the second guest room (BR2) on the twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle, a chest, a closet, and an armchair. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR3) outfitted with a King bed, closet, and nightstands. The ensuite bathroom is appointed with a vanity and shower. The washer and dryer are located downstairs for your use. Take advantage of the seating below under the large covered patio/grilling area for evening meals, visiting, and entertaining. The kids have plenty of room to run around the grand backyard and enjoy the beautiful private pool—ample parking for 2 vehicles and boat/watercraft.
