Book your next stay at this newly remodeled second-floor, 2 bedroom condo in town near the Marina. This condo is decorated with a beach and oceanic theme with modern touches throughout. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering and entertaining and never having to miss out on a conversation or fun. The full kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, spacious granite countertops, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils for all of your culinary needs. The adjacent, unique dining table has seating for four to enjoy meals or play a friendly game of cards. The living room is comprised of an oversized couch, and chair/ottoman with plush pillows made for relaxing and watching the large TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while watching the ships pass through the channel. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a Queen bed, nightstands, and a closet. The hallway bath has a large granite countertop, sink, and tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) includes a Queen bed, nightstands, chest, and closet. The ensuite bathroom has a separate vanity area from the large pebble tile shower with a bench and glass door. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly behind a door at the end of the hallway. The shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area are just across the parking lot from the front door. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and bars are only 0.5 miles away. Revel in our Port A scenery while taking a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
