A coastal ambiance is felt inside with island décor in bright colors, tranquil textures and charming hardwood floors carried throughout. This home has it all and is situated just 1-minute by golf cart or car to Beach Access Rd 1A . The driveway allows room for four average vehicles, parking not allowed in the road. The detached ground-level provides a private suite (BR1) comprised of a Queen bed, nightstands, matching armchair, wall-mounted TV, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker and a full bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower. Take refuge in the private backyard oasis where you can grill up the day’s catch, sit in a variety of outdoor furniture provided, seek shade under the palapa or cool off in the pool. Using the outside stairs, make your way up to the second level to the heart of the home. The expansive floorplan is perfect for gathering family and friends without missing out on conversations and activities. The inviting living room is composed of a plush turquoise sectional and matching couch for watching movies on the large TV with cable. Practice your culinary skills in the open kitchen appointed with crisp white cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, pantry, basic pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the sizable table with seating for ten and additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in a beautiful Port A sunrise. There is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly in the hallway for your use during your stay. Two bedrooms sit at the end of the hallway. (BR2) contains a Queen bed, nightstands, chest, TV, closet and private access to the shared hall bathroom supplied with a vanity and tiled tub/shower. (BR3) is made up of a Queen bed, nightstands, closet and TV. Proceed up the stairs to the third-level loft and the remaining two bedrooms. At the top of the landing is a vast, common room outfitted with two Full beds, nightstands, a sitting area with two comfy armchairs and a wall-mounted TV. Guest room (BR4) holds a King bed, nightstands, closet, chest, TV and private access to the shared hall bathroom finished out with a vanity and tiled shower with a glass door. The large master suite (BR5) is comprised of a King bed, nightstands, a bench at the foot of the bed, a dresser for your beach attire, wall-mounted TV, a sitting area with two rocker/recliners, and a coffee bar/snack area which provides counter and cabinet space, a sink, Keurig and fridge. The grand ensuite bathroom encompasses a double vanity, a large tile shower with a glass door and window and a walk-in closet. Kick up your feet or nap in the hammock on the private balcony with glimpses of the Gulf. 0.6 miles to the beach and 1.5 miles to shops and restaurants. Property comes with a starter pack of toiletries, any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish. Please provide your own charcoal. Laundry detergent not provided.
