This cottage-style beach house has a master bedroom (BR1) which features a king-size bed, dresser in the closet for your beach attire. with an ensuite bathroom. The Master bathroom has double vanities and a stand-alone shower. The two guest bedrooms (BR2) & (BR3) have Queen size beds and share a bathroom with a tub/shower unit. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked, including a Wet Bar to the side and Keurig. The kitchen includes extra bar seating as well. The kitchen opens up to the dining room with seating for 5 and a large living area with a comfortable sleeper sofa, 80" flat-screen TV and plenty of room for entertaining. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
