Casa Titos is a house newly built in 2018 and is on Station Street. Great outdoor area created for entertaining and cooking out. The area has an outdoor fire pit, pool table, and other games for you and your friends to enjoy. This home is just minutes from the beach. You will be close to shopping, dining, the marina, and much more. Casa Titos has an open living, kitchen, and dining concept that provides plenty of space and entertainment for your whole group. There is a large flat-screen TV in the living area. A great space for family entertainment after a day on the beach. The dining table seats 10, and 3 at the breakfast bar. The modern kitchen is fully stocked and has all the necessities for the cooks in your group, including a Keurig coffee maker. This home is furnished with comfortable, coastal decor. There is a master suite (BR1) with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second (BR2) and third (BR3) bedrooms contain queen beds in each, and the fourth (BR4) bedroom has 2 twin-over-full bunk beds. All bedrooms have mounted flat-screen TVs. BR1- King BR2- Queen BR3- Queen BR4- 2 Twin over Full bunk beds Things to Know: Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in. Golf Cart Included for the entire stay, SHORT TERM RENTALS ONLY Subject to a $10 fuel charge. Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied. Beach Gear Credit With a 2-night minimum stay - details will come via email from Vayk Gear. Ordering must be done online at least 48 hours prior to your arrival $95 pet fee per pet, limit 2 pets. Beach Towels not provided. Please bring k-cups. Laundry detergent not provided.
