With four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, this townhome offers plenty of space for families and groups to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the coast. Overlooking the community pool, picnic area, lounge chairs, and grilling stations, Fiesta Palm puts vacation convenience right outside your door. The main living area is designed for gathering, featuring a large sectional, loveseat, and accent chair—perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day at the beach with the wall-mounted TV. A convenient half bath is located just off the hallway. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including basic dishes, cookware, utensils, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig for easy mornings. Enjoy meals together around the large dining table with seating for eight. Located on the main floor, the primary suite (BR1) offers a king-size bed, sleeper sofa, cozy reading nook, and wall-mounted TV, creating a private retreat for relaxation. The ensuite bathroom features a vanity and tiled walk-in shower. Upstairs, you’ll find a second primary suite (BR2) with a queen-size bed, nightstands, luggage rack, chest, and wall-mounted TV, along with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a vanity and tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom (BR3) includes a queen bed, nightstands, closet space, and wall-mounted TV, while the bunk room (BR4) is perfect for kids or additional guests with a twin-over-full bunk bed and wall-mounted TV. These two bedrooms share a conveniently located hall bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower combo. A full laundry room is located on the second floor for added convenience during longer stays.
