This updated Townhome is located in The Commons community. Upgraded and decorated with coastal charm, this spacious three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home is outfitted with all the modern conveniences. Less than a mile to the beach and a short ride to restaurants, shopping, and exciting activities. Cool off in the large shared pool, take advantage of the shared area with charcoal BBQ grill & picnic tables and soak up the sun in the relaxing hammocks! There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day of playing in the sand. Approximately four blocks from the beach.
This spacious Townhome is comfortably decorated with warm tropical colors and clean colorful floors. The open floor plan gives you and your guests a place to entertain or relax. The fully stocked kitchen has a Keurig, stainless steel appliances and all the necessities and some extras for cooking and baking. The dining table seats 6 with an additional 3 at the breakfast bar. The living room has a large TV with cable and Wi-Fi, a couch which doubles as a sleeper sofa and 3 large chairs. There is also a half bath for easy wash-up. Upstairs tucked neatly in the hallway is a washer and dryer. The master bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, TV and en-suite bath with a shower/tub unit. The bunk room (BR2) has a set of Twin beds and a TV. The guest room (BR3) has a Queen bed and room for your beach attire. These two rooms share a hallway bath with a stand-alone shower. The floors are stained concrete downstairs and pine upstairs for easy clean-up. The walls are 10" thick concrete to keep things quiet and cozy.
