It is located just a few blocks from the beach and is in perfect walking distance to shops on Ave G, restaurants, and golf cart rentals. 3 bedrooms are located upstairs and the 4th bedroom with a bunk bed is located on the first floor. There are so many things to enjoy including a screened-in porch a private side courtyard and the shared pool in the complex. Upon entering the private entrance of the bottom floor, you already feel that you are at the beach with an open, light, and airy entertaining area. The large kitchen has quartz countertops, a beautiful backsplash, a gas stove/range, a Keurig coffee maker, new appliances, a pantry, and ample space to test out your culinary skills for family and friends. You can visit with those sitting at the bar (seating for 3) and the dining table with seating for 8. The living room has a large L-shaped couch with two accent chairs, a TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The bottom floor has access to both the side courtyard and the back screened-in porch with ample outdoor seating for all. The first bedroom is located off of the living area, with access through a pass-through bathroom. It has a Twin over Full bunk bed, TV, and a separate door to the screened-in porch. The full bath is shared with the downstairs and has a stand-alone shower and nautical theme. First stop upstairs is a master bedroom suite (BR2) with a King-size bed, nightstands, desk, TV, large closet, and built-in drawers for your beach attire. It has a small private balcony for taking in the sea air. The private ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and shower with a bench. There is a hair dryer for your convenience as well. Across the hall is a spacious bedroom (BR3) with a King-size bed, nightstands, suite case stand, TV, chest, and closet for your clothing. At the end of the hall is a room (BR4) with a set of Twin beds, end tables, a closet, a TV, and a chest. A shared ocean blue bath is situated between these bedrooms with a shower/tub unit. For your convenience, a washer/dryer, ironing board, and step stool are tucked neatly away in a closet at the end of the hallway. Feel safe and worry-free knowing this property has a carbon monoxide detector. The Mermaid Inn is a spacious, family-friendly property with a central location to town, restaurants, and the beach.
