Updated coastal décor keeps you in a relaxed vacation mindset throughout your stay. The stylish kitchen has all the appliances, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils; you will need to prepare your meals. Granite countertops make the area bright and clean, and a beautiful backsplash shows off the space. The wide island bar seats four. Nearby, a matching table seats two for a more intimate meal. Pass into the living room to lounge on the comfy nautical sofa or one of two accent chairs, all of which have gorgeous views of the waves rolling in through the huge bay window, and on those evenings when you want a little ambiance, an electric fireplace adds coziness. There is a large, flat-screen TV so you don’t miss your favorite movies or sports with cable and Roku equipped for streaming all your favorite apps. The unit boasts Wi-Fi for streaming and working remotely. Gaze out at the Gulf through the large windows. You can step onto the private balcony with several seating options to enjoy listening to waves under the moonlight, watching fireflies flicker in the dunes, or enjoying a gorgeous sunrise with that perfect cup of coffee, brewed at the quaint coffee bar inside. From this special patio, you can see a full view of the ocean past the swaying palm trees and rolling dunes. The master bedroom (BR1) has a luxurious King bed with crisp linens and calming coastal colors to help you unwind, a chest of drawers for your beach attire, a flat-screen TV, and of course a large window. The ensuite bathroom has double vanities/sinks as well as a walk-in tile shower. Beautiful tiles and granite make the space luxurious. The second bedroom (BR2), is painted in warm white hues, has a twin over a double bed bunk with a twin trundle underneath. as well as a second twin over twin bunk. The entire unit sleeps 8 comfortably. There’s also a chest of drawers, a flat-screen TV with Roku, and a bay window that looks out to the Gulf. The second hallway bathroom is upgraded with tile and granite and a tile tub/shower combination. All TV’s in this unit are equipped with Roku. Ceramic tiles and ceiling fans throughout the condo keep it cool no matter the weather outside.
