OUTDOOR SPACE
The south-facing backyard gives ample sunshine to immerse yourself in the tranquil backyard. Relax and go for a swim in the pool. On cooler nights enjoy the spa under the stars. Outdoor dining table seats eight adults easily and is perfect for sharing a meal with your loved ones. After dinner enjoy a glass of wine while relaxing next to the fire feature. For those who like to grill a flat griddle is available for guest use. Property features full size landry and 2 car garage parking with a Tesla charger.
INTERIOR SPACE
The open and spacious floor plan delivers a welcoming experience as you enter the property. The living room features ample seating to enjoy watching your favorite team or movie night with your loved ones on the 65in. SmartTV. The dining table features ample seating for eight and is located next to the kitchen. Kitchen is amply stocked for all meal prep needs with a Subzero Fridge. It features refinished cabinets, double oven for the larger gatherings and a specious breakfast counter for four.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
All four bedrooms feature new furnishings and beds. The primary bedroom features a king bed, 65in. Smart TV, en suite bathroom with dual sinks, jet tub, shower and dual walk-in closets. Guest bedroom one features a king bed that can be converted into two twins, en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, 42in. SmartTV, night stands, and a ceiling fan. Guest bedroom two features a king bed, 50in. Smart TV and en suite bath. The third guest bedroom (casita) has a separate entry and is located off the front of the home. The casita features a queen-sized bed, large closet, 50in. SmartTV, kitchenette, ceiling fan, and en suite bath with shower.

1.6 miles to El Paseo Shops & Dining, a 50 yard walk to Ironwood Park, Hike to The Cross & Bump & Grind (1.7 miles), 1/2 mile to The Living Desert, 6 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 12 miles to Coachella Valley Fairgrounds (Music Festivals), 20 minutes to Palm Springs Airport, 2.5 hours to San Diego, L.A., and Disneyland.
An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.
POOL HEAT
The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool’s size.
PET POLICY
We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
