Located a few minutes off of I-15, these homes offer comfort and convenience. They are located close to shopping and fun, but also tucked away from the craziness of the city. Just up the road, you will find the famous Canyon Park & Hell Hole Trailhead. This park provides easy access for walkers, runners, and cyclists. It also includes a challenging Ninja Style Obstacle Course for fitness enthusiasts of all ages, as well as fast-moving slides, rope climbing structures, and a fun playground.
The first home is a beautiful 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom townhome that can comfortably sleep up to 18 guests. Located just outside of sunny Saint George, you will be surrounded by stunning red rock mountains and scenery, local petroglyphs, and fossils. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing and watching a movie after a long day of exploring. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, including the master bedroom. The floor plan is open-style with tons of room for entertaining and spending time with your loved ones. There are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs that surround the loft area, as well as 2 more bathrooms.

The second home is a newly built 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom that can comfortably accommodate 23 guests. Downstairs off the entryway is a queen bedroom with a hallway bathroom. Just around the corner, you will find an open-style floor plan with a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room, with lots of room for cooking and entertaining. Watch the sunset from the covered patio, just outside the dining room and kitchen. BBQ on the brand grill, surrounded by comfortable patio furniture, all protected from the elements. Off of the kitchen is where the Master Bedroom is located, with an en-suite bathroom. The double vanity makes getting ready for the day a breeze, and the separate water closet provides the necessary privacy that everyone needs! Upstairs you will find the additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a spacious loft for entertainment and family fun. Whether you are playing video games or watching a movie, you will be immersed in the experience with the Surround Sound System. If you find yourself wanting to get outside, there is a community pool, pickleball courts and local petroglyphs you can explore.
