Cosy penthouse in historic centre with sea view terrace

Framed by a large sea-view terrace, it enchants with a loft-like atmosphere. A graceful staircase leads to the living area where the kitchen with its bathroom and large sea-view terrace stands out, while an abundance of natural light pervades the room. This delightful penthouse apartment, bathed in light, is located in the heart of Alghero’s historic centre. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and features a large sea-view terrace, furnished and surrounded by the rooftops and bell towers of Alghero’s historic centre. Although it is a charming house, here you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you are travelling for business or pleasure. The flat has a private car park and if you wish, we can provide your own car at an additional cost. There is a third bathroom in the large garage, so when you return from the sea, you can use this bathroom to rinse off before entering the house. The sea and the centre are literally on the doorstep and public transport is close by and provides access to many of Alghero’s beaches. Although the house is located in the historic centre, you will sleep peacefully as the street is not trafficked by tourists and the windows are all double-glazed. There is a wide range of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the house, so even though the house has a large kitchen, you can enjoy fantastic local cuisine in the restaurants that are close at hand. The flat is divided into two floors, sleeping area and living area with a veranda overlooking the sea. Each floor has its own bathroom with shower and there is an outdoor shower on the terrace. The open-plan living area and kitchen are very spacious and from the flat windows you can see the cathedral bell towers and the tiled dome of St Michael’s Church. The large terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine while contemplating the sunset over the sea. A fifth guest can sleep on a double sofa bed in the living room on the entrance level, although we think this house is better suited for two couples.
