Nestled in a beautiful two-hectare park, Villa Sporting is a large villa for exclusive and independent use, a short distance from Alghero and its many stores, restaurants and beaches, the Villa is a peaceful retreat perfect for a relaxing vacation under the Sardinian sun and close to the most beautiful beaches of North Sardinia and Alghero.
With an independent swimming pool for exclusive use, Villa Sporting is distinguished by the presence of a tennis court (with night lighting) of the natural grass calcia field, the presence of a gym, a bocce court, and a ping pong table and table soccer. Rackets are included in the villa’s amenities.

Surrounded by countryside immersed in kilometres of lush vineyards, the Villa is a peaceful retreat perfect for a relaxing holiday under the Sardinian sun and close to the most beautiful beaches of North Sardinia and Alghero. The villa's gardens are a sight to behold, with verdant lawns, towering pines and even a small farmyard with a few goats, donkeys, birds, ponies, peacocks etc. The villa has a large wooded and shady area underneath incredibly beautiful centuries-old oaks, where spending time in the cool of the day reading books will be a memory you will carry in your heart when you return from your holiday.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Tourist tax to be paid upon arrival in cash.
- Additional costs:
- - Animal supplement: € 10 per night
- - electricity: €0.50 per Kw/h (total to be quantified at checkout)
- Electricity will be charged the last day of your stay 0,50€kwh in order to prevent waste of power and pay the effective use of it. We kindly ask you to Switch-Off Air Conditioning and lights when not at home in order to improve sustainability, save cost and preserve the environment.
- For stays longer than one week, service and cleaning costs will be calculated per day and must be paid in cash on arrival.
