Well maintained and professionally serviced villa complex hosts 5 villas with private pool. 4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, AC and TV, private swimming pool and garden, caretaker and cook(chargeable) on call. U will get full service for half price you would have paid in a hotel
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining room that can accommodate eight to twelve guests. There is also an informal space in the open-plan drawing room with air conditioned seating for up to eight guests. It is the beautiful area in the house where you can enjoy your foods admiring the green landscapes and gorgeous pool. If you request, cook or maid can be arranged onsite to prepare any meals as per your requirement

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
