Casa Giacomo is a beautiful 1,175 square foot condo, a real stand-out at the already popular Mesquite Country Club. Located in Phase 4, this gem was fully renovated and newly furnished in 2022 and provides more amenities than you can ask for.
Take a look at the pictures… This two Bedroom two Bathroom condo has to be one of the most stylish at Mesquite. From the nicely remodeled and fully stocked kitchen with commercial grade Subzero Fridge and induction range to the tasteful West Elm furnishings, there is nothing else quite like it.
The living room features a beautifully painted decorative wall with a credenza to match, a comfortable leather sofa, and large Flat screen TV. Perfect for gathering around and watching your favorite shows. The dining area is just steps away and features a West Elm wooden table that seats 8.
When it’s time to relax, you can retreat to one of the two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a King bed, large Smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a bidet and walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom features a Queen bed, TV, desk, and has direct access to the 2nd patio. The guest bathroom is just right outside the door and also features a bidet and walk in shower.
Outside, there are 2 patios for dining, grilling dinner, cocktails and generally enjoying the awesome Palm Springs weather. One patio offers amazing Mountain Views while the other overlooks the community pool that is just steps away.
Mesquite Country Club offers golf, tennis and all the amenities you’d expect, while situated in the “wind-free south end” of Palm Springs and just minutes from shopping and restaurants. It doesn’t get any better than this. Book this luxe condo before it’s gone!
This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.
