Araby Luxe by Design Villa Alegria - South Palm Springs This charming 2+2 condo is located in the quaint South Palm Springs community of Villa Alegria. It maintains its architectural roots with high beamed ceilings and Saltillo tile floors, but has been renovated with a fresh eye by Palm Springs designer Christopher Kennedy. New furniture and appointments bring the condo into the “now” with contemporary style and comfort. The open flow of the living and dining area creates a bright, airy feel and showcases an iconic midcentury modern fireplace. All spaces open to the atrium via glass sliders, letting natural light flood into every room. Two spacious bedrooms with new platform beds, two bathrooms, updated with new tile and fixtures, and in-house laundry facilities complete this lovely home away from home. The community of Villa Allegra is located near historic Araby Cove are of Palm Springs and is small and quiet, with only 39 residences. The complex is gated, private, and pristine, with fruiting citrus trees and impeccably maintained grounds, pools and hot spas, right outside your patio. Life is truly deluxe at The Araby Luxe by Design! This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months. NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation.
