The dining area benefits from TV with DVD player only and comfortably seats up to 8 people next to the cosy wood burner, in front of the gorgeous bay window which perfectly captures the wonderful sea views. Utility Room: Equipped with washer/dryer and leads through to the shower room with corner shower, toilet and basin - ideal for washing off the sand after a day at the beach! Upstairs: Lounge: Two cosy leather sofas, open fireplace, Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix and incredible views from the two large windows. Bedroom 1: Double bed and ample storage. To the rear of the property, off the kitchen there is a small courtyard - ideal for storing your buckets and spades, kayaks or bikes.
