Villa Palmeras
Tahquitz River Estates - South Palm Springs
Monthly rental: 28-night minimum stay
Villa Palmeras is located in Tahquitz River Estates, an enclave of Hollywood actors, political figures and industrialists since the 1920’s.
Behind its walled entry and past the 70-year old fountain is the very private Villa; a Modern Mediterranean style home on one-third acre. Front and rear gardens feature an unrivaled view of the San Jacinto Mountains. The new pebble tek pool and spa are salt water and situated under towering fan palms, affording a delightful setting for sun-drenched lounging. Barbecue in the evening under lighted palms and dine under the covered patio. Have a fun game of ping pong or cornhole under the side covered patio as well!
Come inside to the granite-countered chef’s kitchen; make the difficult decision to dine out on the town or to enjoy the Villa’s indoor or outdoor dining tables. Retire to the living/family room. Light a fire, read a book or switch on the 65 in TV with theater sound. Watch a moving or your favorite TV show.
The primary bedroom/bath suite with its private pool-side entrance is decorator appointed with a King size bed and 60 inch TV. Two additional decorator bedrooms with separate patios feature queen size beds and flat screen TVs. Amenities include gas BBQ Island, misting system, high speed and wireless internet, washer/dryer and much much more.
