The villa is about 56 steps from the street and a short golf cart drive to shops, the historic Avalon movie theater, zipline tours, scuba diving, kayaking, boating, and fishing. There is no air conditioning available for this property. Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (security gate guard, pool, spa, health club, putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations. This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted: 3 night minimum July & August).
