This splendid retreat is located within the gated community of Wachesaw Plantation, only three miles away from Murrells Inlet and nine miles away from the nearest public beach access. This secluded home away from home is right across from the community pool and backs up to the 9th green, offering marvelous views of the golf course. In addition to the community pool, this dog-friendly condo has access to a children’s pool and hot tub. Upon entering this bright and airy retreat, you will discover a welcoming living area with a cozy sofa and two armchairs strategically near a huge TV with cable. Attached to the living area is a screened porch with beautiful views and a convenient dining table. The eat-in, fully-equipped kitchen has all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade treats and a Keurig coffee maker to please all coffee enthusiasts in your group. Both bedrooms are located upstairs for additional privacy - each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. House Rules There is free parking for 2 car(s). Check in time: 4:00 p.m. Check out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This retreat does not have access to the tennis courts or golf courses. Wachesaw Plantation prohibits motorcycles, trailers/boats in the community. You would not be allowed past the guard gate. There is storage nearby. This property is managed by Property Manager South Carolina LLC. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
