This beachfront condo sits on the (elevator-accessible) second floor of its building, with views of the sun coming up over the Atlantic. On the grounds, you’ll have access to an outdoor pool and sundeck, a fitness room, a sauna, a putting green, a playground, a restaurant, and a beautiful stretch of sandy beach. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a cool blast of central air conditioning and new cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. But the real showpiece is the view of the ocean, best admired by sliding open the glass balcony doors and letting in the fresh sea air. The condo is open and spacious, offering a sleek and modern kitchen, an adjacent dining space, and a living room where you can watch movies (via cable and DVD) on the large TV. Both bedrooms are paired with full bathrooms and have direct balcony access, with one featuring a desk workspace where you can log onto the complimentary WiFi. A private washer/dryer is provided as well. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
