Admire panoramic views of the mountains, the valley, and Colorado’s big blue skies at this beautiful, lodge-like townhome in Winter Park. Spend summer days barbecuing on the deck, winter afternoons curled up by the fireplace, and starry evenings all year round soaking in the bubbly warmth of the hot tub.
This two-story home is tucked up in the Elk Run neighborhood of Winter Park, offering a peaceful respite that’s only a few blocks from Main Street’s restaurants, shops, and recreational outfitters. It’s an excellent location between Fraser (three miles north) and Winter Park Resort (four miles south), with easy access to the free shuttle and national forestland just up the road. Rocky Mountain National Park is only 34 miles north as well.
Whether you spend your days hiking, mountain biking, golfing, or skiing, this townhouse is a joy to return to. The main living space is upstairs on the second floor, where you’ll be greeted by a lofty great room with leather furnishings, textiles inspired by the American west, and windows framing the Rocky Mountains. Get started on dinner in the open, well-equipped kitchen, and sit down for a hearty meal at the dining table, at the breakfast bar, or outside on the deck.
Prior to unwinding in the hot tub each evening, take a seat by the stone hearth in the great room, share stories of your afternoon adventures, and watch movies on the cable TV. There’s one bedroom on each floor, with both offering en suite bathrooms. Additional features of the house include a private washer/dryer, central air conditioning for the summer months, and complimentary WiFi.
