With 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable 2 living rooms, it’s your home away from home. Relax on the private terrace or enjoy a barbecue in the garden while soaking in the pleasant Sakarya weather. with a big basement with a big screen and seating area, you will enjoy your stay for sure.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations and In order to host guests at our homes, we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check-in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
- - Please be respectful of neighbors and colleagues in the building.
- - Airport transfer is provided at an additional cost.
- - Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $50 USD penalty fee
- - If you lose your keys or forget it inside the apartment there will be a surcharge of $25
- - We do not provide daily cleaning. For extra cleaning please contact us to know the exact fee.
