Welcome to Little Sugar Haven!
Little Sugar Haven is a delightful home perched atop Sugar Mountain with generous views of Grandfather Mountain. All four (4) bedrooms have king beds and ensuite private bathrooms. In addition, the upstairs loft has a queen sleeper and a half bath. Altogether, this is a lovely space for ten (10) guests. With a gas grill, game room, Smart TVs, and a short drive to the slopes of Sugar Mountain for winter skiing or summer biking, this is the place to be for a fantastic getaway.
Guests can take advantage of the "virtual slope side" shuttle service! The Sugar Mountain Shuttle can pick you up and drop you off during dates and hours of service. Search SUGAR MOUNTAIN SHUTTLE ROUTES AND INFO.
With activities available year-round, winter snow is not the only reason to enjoy this location. There is an 18-hole golf course and tennis courts less than three (3) miles from the cabin on Sugar Mountain. Downtown Banner Elk is only five (5) miles away, with Lees McRae College, shopping, restaurants, and more. Grandfather Mountain and the popular Profile hiking trails are less than four (4) miles away. Little Sugar Haven is conveniently close to these High Country attractions and many more.
The main floor living room has comfortable furniture arranged around a gas log fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. The wall of windows and mountain views beyond are the focal point of the room. Step out to the spacious deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air while taking in the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals, and the adjacent dining area seats up to ten (10). There is a workspace in the upstairs loft area for those who may need to set up virtually. Downstairs is where the fun happens, featuring a ping pong table, an air hockey table, a poker table, and a comfortable couch with a TV. In addition, there is a second nook downstairs with another comfortable couch for quieter activities like reading, relaxing in conversation, or putting together a puzzle on the puzzle table.
There are four king suites, two on the main level and two on the lower level. All four suites have TVs, dressers, large walk-in closets, private ensuite bathrooms, and beautiful sunrise views. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the loft for additional sleeping options.
Additional amenities at Little Sugar Haven include a gas grill, Wifi, a washer and dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and smart TVs with cable or satellite programming.
Little Sugar Haven is pet-friendly for one dog, 40 pounds or less, with an additional fee. Upper deck has a retractable pet gate to keep your dog from wandering off. Guests will find paved, level parking with plenty of space and direct access to the front door entrance.
*Please be advised that a Ring security camera is positioned on the corner of the house, monitoring the driveway leading to the entrance.

Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
