The 60m² Apartment at Iracema Residence accommodates up to Four (4) Guests, and also has an equipped and compact kitchen to add to your stay. Enjoy Meireles Beach in a practical, comfortable and very cozy apartment.

Iracema Residence offers an excellent structure with elevator, rotating parking, swimming pool, sauna, Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception and ample space and plenty of comfort for your best season at the beach. The 60m² apartment accommodates up to four (4) guests, and also has an equipped and compact kitchen to add to your stay. All of this, with easy access to main roads and in a perfect location for going to the city center, bars and restaurants.

72 hours before check-in, the guest must inform the arrival time and guest details (full name and CPF).

After that, access instructions will be sent, with passwords for the doors and parking space (when space is available).

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • 1. Please remember that your reservation is for a holiday apartment.
  • 2. Documentation required to register with Property Manager:

  • 3. Check-in time after 2pm and Check-out time until 10am. Outside these times, check conditions with our team.
  • 4. We do not have room service and we do not serve any type of meal or breakfast. However, we can help with the recommendation of third parties.
  • 5. We do not carry out daily cleaning. If you want this service, we can provide it. Prices on request.
  • 6. Bed and bath linen available for guests (quantity according to reservation). We do not change bed/bath linen. If you want this service, we can provide it. Prices on request.
  • 7. Property has ONE rotating parking space.
  • 8. PARTIES are not allowed in the property.
  • 9. Respect quiet hours from 10pm until 8am. Subject to fine - R$ 10,000.00 established by the regulatory body.
  • 11. Pets are allowed upon request.
  • 12. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Subject to a cleaning fine - R$ 1,000.00.
  • 13. The maximum capacity of the property is 04 guests (including children) - Children from 0 to 11 years old - Adults from 12 years old - It is not possible to include extra guests.
  • 14. Property does not have a barbecue.
  • 15. Gas is supplied by the property.16. Water, toilet paper, detergent and loofah are only provided at check-in.
  • 17. Condominium has an elevator.
  • Maximum capacity is 4 people, no additional guests can be added.
  • Arrangement of accommodations: Bedroom 1: one standard double bed + air conditioning Bedroom 2: one standard double bed + air conditioning Bathroom: with hot shower PARTIES PROHIBITED As well as the maximum capacity of people, under no circumstances will parties or gatherings be permitted , birthdays or any other type of event, and the administrator may carry out an inspection without prior notice, request to leave the property and consider a breach of contract without refunding the amount paid;
  • FEES AND GUARANTEE DEPOSIT* Security Deposit - Damages/Breakage of Rules - - Refund Deposit up to 72 hours after check-out.* Cleaning Fee –- The fee is charged to deliver the property clean, organized and washed linen (bed and bath). We request upon departure that the property be delivered under similar conditions.* Energy Consumption - Use in moderationEnergy is already included in the price of accommodation, but we contribute to conscious consumption, which is why we ask guests to only use air conditioning if are in the environment, and if it is really necessary to use it. So whenever you leave your house, check it.
  • Small and medium-sized animals will only be allowed upon confirmation by our team. Large animals are not allowed, that is, those over 25 kilos and also the Pitbull breed regardless of size.
  • *CONDOMINIUM/CONDOMINIUM ACCESSThe concierge is 24 hours a day. It is necessary to present photo identification to grant access. Information about the apartment key is sent close to check in.
  • *GARAGE ACCESS It is controlled by the concierge, so it is necessary to present it to the concierge for guidance and opening the gate. *GARAGE SPACE The property has ONE rotating parking space.
  • The property will be inspected by our operational team both at check-in and check-out, creating an inventory of photos that will be attached to the reservation. For logistical reasons, the inspection will not always be in person and the inventory can be requested from our team at any time after entry. We recommend that the guest analyze the inspection/inventory to avoid any disagreements.
  • PENALTIES AND CHECK OUT GUIDELINES we won’t need to get into that, right? ;) - Failing to take out the rubbish: R$ 50 per bin.- Leaving the air conditioning on: R$ 60 per unit.- Smoking inside the apartment: R$ 200.- Leaving dishes in the sink (no need to dry/store ): R$ 80- If you have a wet layette/towel, leave it out. We kindly ask you not to take any items from the apartment with you, including equipment, decorative objects and linen.
  • NOTE: A fine will be applied or the security deposit will be withheld if the property is delivered under unfavorable conditions. LET'S USE COMMON SENSE!
