Kipo Paradiso is a spa, massage, yoga, and gym resort situated in a beautiful, tranquil rural area near Kyrianna village, just 13km from Rethymno town. This resort can host up to 12 guests.
The building houses the main spa facilities, both inside and outside, offering luxurious amenities. It features a fully equipped gym, a yoga area on the lawn, a massage room, two jacuzzi rooms (available upon request with an extra charge), a sauna (available upon request with an extra charge), and two private swimming pools. Inside the same building, there are 6 bedrooms (4 with double beds and 2 with twin beds) and 7 bathrooms, including 6 en-suite bathrooms and one guest WC. The building also includes balconies, a luxurious living room, comfortable sofas, a large TV, a dining area, and all modern appliances.
The gym area is equipped with 4 showers and 2 additional WCs, while the massage room has 1 WC and a shower. In the main area, there is a common WC for general use. All beds are equipped with Coco-Mat mattresses.
All living areas, including the spa facilities, are fully air-conditioned and equipped with numerous satellite TV sets, ensuring guests’ comfort. High-speed WiFi coverage is available throughout the property.
The outdoor area offers a BBQ and wood oven, various fully-furnished relaxation spots, shaded areas for unwinding, and two private swimming pools: one for adults (8.40m x 4.20m, 0.80-1.50m depth, which can be heated upon request with an extra charge) and another for children (2.00m x 2.00m, 0.80m depth), as well as a table tennis table.
The costs for the sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool are determined according to the cost of electricity.
Important Note: For reservations of up to 12 people, only the main building is used, and the Stone House remains closed.
The 4000 sq.m. plot encompasses 12 different gardens with various plants, fruit trees, and vegetables, some of which are available for guests to use in agreement with the owner. There is an electric vehicle charging point.
The area is exceptionally quiet and serene, offering privacy, yet it is just 13km from the lively Rethymno town, 1km from taverns, and 500m from a local mini-market. Yoga, gym, massage, and spa services are provided at an additional local charge.
