The driveway is two cars wide and three cars deep. There is off-road lot parking available for overflow parking. Boat trailer parking is permitted.
Fees:
Property Insurance is required for each booking that covers up to $8,000 in accidental damage
Cancelled reservations on certain booking sites have a 5% cancellation penalty
Agreements:
Check-In Form and Rental Agreement are required to be submitted prior to check-in.
ID and Credit Card:
Government issued ID and credit card used for the reservation are required prior to check-in. (The ID and credit card must match the name under which the unit is reserved.) These must be submitted via the Check-In Form. Your room door code will only be activated after all these documents have been submitted

Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you in advance of your stay.
