This charming first-floor apartment offers the best of both worlds, peaceful surroundings with Charleston’s best restaurants, nightlife, MUSC, the College of Charleston, and local shops just minutes away. Designed tastefully, the space blends the historic charm of its 1852 roots with warm, modern touches. The sun-filled bedroom features a plush king-size bed and a private en suite bathroom. The beautifully updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, a kitchen island with seating for four, and a stylish bar area, perfect for winding down in the evenings. The inviting living room is ideal for relaxing, with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a spacious desk for work or planning your days. A king-size pullout sofa provides extra sleeping space, and a second full bathroom adds convenience for guests. High ceilings and large windows fill the apartment with natural light, creating a bright, welcoming feel throughout. Step onto the front porch to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine at the bistro table and soak in the timeless Charleston atmosphere. Just outside your door, you’ll also find beach chairs, a bocce ball set, and paddle ball for your enjoyment. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
