This luxurious villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests across its 5 bedrooms, with 6 bathrooms and 1 toilet. The villa’s facilities and amenities include a 32m² heated swimming pool, perfect for taking a dip and enjoying the sea view. The villa is fully air-conditioned and features a Sonos sound system, WiFi internet connection, and LCD SAT TV, ensuring a comfortable and entertaining stay. The outdoor kitchenette and BBQ make it easy to prepare and enjoy delicious meals while taking in the sea view. The villa’s layout includes a ground floor with three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The first floor comprises a living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, guest toilette, and a terrace. The second floor boasts two more double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both with access to the terraces with a sea view. To secure your stay at Villa Andromeda, a refundable safety deposit of 1500,00 Eur is required, paid in cash to the owner. The minimum stay at the villa is 7 nights during July and August, but bookings for fewer nights are possible during other periods, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. Guests can arrive on any day of the week, with check-in available from 17:00 and check-out scheduled for 10:00 am. Pets are allowed on request, and additional fees may apply.
