This charming villa, constructed two decades ago, was designed as a holiday or family residence with all necessary amenities. Located in Cajados, a farming community nestled between the A2 motorway and the N10 national road leading to the Algarve, the property is close to the Sado Statue Reserve and just 10 kilometres away from the attractive town of Setubal. The villa is only a 35-minute drive from Lisbon airport, and the nearby Pinhal Novo train station provides frequent train services to Lisbon, Porto, and the Algarve.
The accommodation comprises five bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 people. The ground floor comprises a spacious kitchen equipped with essential appliances, a living room, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest toilet.
