Lovely villa immersed in the countryside of Martina Franca, with a private pool, barbecue area and patio where to enjoy meals in the open-air.
Villa Sara which spreads only on the ground floor, opens onto a living area characterised by a vaulted ceiling with exposed stone bricks in soft tones, furnished with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. An independent kitchen completes the living area coming with a dining area and equipped also with a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee machine.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with a queen size bed each (one of which can be split into twin beds upon request), next to a bathroom with shower. Moreover, from the kitchen there is access to a third bedroom with a queen size bed, with direct access to the pool. Another bathroom with shower completes the indoors.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
