Nestled away in the heart of the Northeast Portland this single level Wygant Way retreat is loaded with charm and amenities. From the moment you enter, you are greeted with a bright and open floor plan combining the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Every bit of décor and furnishing was curated to create that perfect blend of Portland style and comfort. The covered backyard patio offers an exceptional place to relax in the fully fenced backyard which makes it great option if traveling with kiddos or pets. The garage has been converted to a space to enjoy as well. There you will find a pool table and foosball as well as some seating. Let the games begin! When it is time to rest and recuperate each of the spacious bedrooms are set up to be as clean and comfortable as possible. The primary bedroom also offers a desk if you need to work in a bit of productivity during your stay. Between the layout, amenities, and location, you will be hard pressed to find a better property while you stay and and enjoy all that Portland and the Pacific Northwest has to offer. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don’t reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video in the interior of the house. PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel.
