Featuring contemporary open plan living The Grand is complemented by a state of the art chef’s kitchen with Caesar stone bench tops, European Appliances, 5 generous bedrooms, 3 stylish bathrooms, a home cinema room, ducted air conditioning and large alfresco areas both upstairs and downstairs which overlook the water. For year round swimming The Grand has a fully heated swimming pool. Situated in the centre of Broadbeach, this home is within walking distance to the best that Broadbeach has to offer: Pacific Fair Shopping, The Star Casino, the Gold Coast Convention Centre, Broadbeach’s fabulous restaurant strip, and of course the Gold Coast’s trademark golden beaches.
