External Living | Private Pool & BBQ The wonderful holiday home lays in 300m2 fenced outdoor area and is embellished with a 37m2 private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1.40 meters deep). Guests can lounge to the swim-up loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues under sunset skies. BBQ facilities (Gas) are available outdoors, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple in the lovely shaded dining area. Light the barbecue to celebrate long summer evenings. The outdoor area provide the most beautiful and informal space to make meals together, have long, late night conversations after a long day of adventure. A shaded comfy lounge area is also available outdoors, in order to enjoy your coffee and drinks by the pool. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 79°F subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | $50/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 77°F or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
