Welcome to Molieres by Property Manager, our cosy fully renovated apartment, located in Val de Ruda, at the foot of the slopes at 1500 metres in Baqueira Beret. This accommodation offers a privileged location, just next to the cable car access, which makes it an ideal place for ski enthusiasts who want to make the most of their stay in the mountains. This apartment offers the perfect balance between comfort and style, providing a cosy refuge after an exciting day in the mountains. Its privileged location places you just steps away from the ski slopes, offering quick and direct access to snow-based fun. This apartment is for 8 people and when you enter you will see the living room with comfortable sofas, in front of the fireplace and a TV. Next to it is the dining table located in the corner between the windows to enjoy the light and view immediately after is the fully equipped American kitchen. This entire area is functional and comfortable to enjoy. The dining table is for 6 people. 2 more chairs can be added. From the entrance to the right after a door, you will find three bedrooms. The main one has plenty of natural light and has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and glass shower screen. The second bedroom has two single beds next to it is the third bedroom with 2 bunk beds for 4 people. These two rooms are served by a second bathroom with a shower tray. All rooms have wardrobes. The apartment is fully equipped and includes a parking space and a ski storage locker in Val de Ruda. From the car park, you can directly access the cable car through lifts that will take you to the same access control entrance to the gondolas that take you to the ski slopes. Moreover, the Val de Ruda residential complex offers a variety of additional services and amenities, such as private parking, ski storage and direct access to nearby restaurants and shops, which ensures a worry-free and comfortable stay. For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, composed of a manual dishwashing single-dose, a capsule for the washing machine, a capsule for the dishwasher, a cloth and a scouring pad. This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay. Likewise, no foodcooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are included for hygiene and safety reasons. Note: The internet connection in the Valley is not via fibre optic. Please be aware that the WIFI signal is low. Animals are prohibited in the accommodation.
