** Maximum occupancy is 3 people. Minimum age for children is 8 years old. Children are included in the maximum occupancy. Additional security deposit applies.**
PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is located on the ground floor in a busy part of the town centre, and road and street noise can be heard in all rooms. There is no parking allocated to this apartment. VAT is applicable and included in the rates.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Late Arrival (After 10pm): 100 GBP per booking.
- Card Surcharge - Payment by Non UK card 3%: 3.5% of the booking price.
- Card Surcharge - Payment by UK Commercial Card - 1.6%: 2% of the booking price.
- Early Arrival (2-3pm): 20 GBP per booking.
- Early Arrival (1-2pm): 40 GBP per booking.
- Late Arrival (9-10pm): 40 GBP per booking.
- Late Departure (11am - 12pm): 40 GBP per booking.
- Late Arrival (8-9pm): 20 GBP per booking.
- Late Departure (10am - 11am): 20 GBP per booking.
- - Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
- - Towels are changed every 7 days.
- - Pets are not allowed.
