The kitchen, with its stainless steel appliances and functional space, is ready for your culinary creations. There’s also a dining table here with seating for 4. The bedrooms, all off to side of the single-level living space, are simple and appointed with comfortable bedding and quality linens that are professionally laundered. Bedrooms #1 & #2 both feature queen beds, and the third features a dual-double bed setup, perfect for the kids. There are two baths, both clean and functional. Outside, the private fenced yard may not offer grounds like Versailles, but your pup probably won’t care! There’s outdoor seating and plenty of space to enjoy the clear Colorado air. Simplicity. Although there are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés and recreational opportunities close to this property, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation. AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in. - We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc. - Max 3 dogs ($75 per dog). We kindly ask that you clean up after dogs. Additional fees can incur if professional carpet cleaning is required or excessive dog hair is on the beds and/or furniture. Service animals exempt from fees. No other animals allowed unless they are certified service animals. - No parties or events. - No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors; - Quiet hours is 10:00 pm-7:00 am. 🐶Dog Policy: -This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins.
