Inside, the open design connects a fully-equipped kitchen with a living area that includes a fireplace, pool table, gaming table, and even a slot machine. The space also features a gym, making it ideal for both relaxation and entertainment. Accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably, the home has three bedrooms—two with queen beds, one with a double—and a sofa bed, all with high-quality linens. Despite our elevation of 8,000 feet eliminating the need for AC, fans are provided in all bedrooms for your comfort. Please note a few important details to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone: ~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest ~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay. - AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in. - The owner resides in the upstairs unit, which is well-insulated for noise reduction and completely separate from your space. - Guests must be at least 21 years old unless prior approval is granted before check-in. - We provide freshly laundered sheets, towels, and essentials such as soap and toilet paper for your convenience. - To maintain a comfortable environment for all, this property adheres to a no-pet policy. - Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. - The garage is not available for guest use. - We have a strict limit of 8 guests and 2 cars per reservation. - Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. - For your safety and security, there is an actively Ring security camera located outside the property, facing the front entry. This camera is used strictly for security purposes and does not record any interior spaces. Please note: This property is not handicap accessible. Access to the front door requires descending 7 steps to the lower level. For your security, after booking, we may ask you to complete our secure online guest verification process. This is similar to standard hotel check-ins where a photo ID is required. You may be asked to provide a government-issued ID and a matching selfie to confirm your identity.
