The area is paradise for outdoors enthusiasts, abundant with parks, lakes, canyons, falls and trails. Within a drive of 30 minutes or less, you’ll find a seemingly endless list of outdoor activities, such as skiing, snowshoeing, rafting, fishing, hunting, hiking, biking, and ziplining. This is undeniably one of the most beautiful parts of the country, and you won’t want to blink for all of the natural beauty. However, there are two spots that travelers find especially awe-inspiring and photo-worthy. First, there’s the Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center, where ancient sandstone rock formations tower at 300 feet (a 23-minute drive). Second, no visit would be complete without a stop at Pikes Peak, a/k/a “America’s Mountain,” providing unforgettable views at 14,115 feet (just 13 minutes away). Right in Woodland Park, there’s one attraction that always gets a big thumbs-up from the kids: the Rocky Mountain Dinosaur Resource Center, a museum with an on-site lab (4 minutes). When you’re ready to step out of your hiking boots and clean up, it’s a good time to visit Colorado Springs. Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
