An incredibly cozy two bedroom award-winning penthouse located in the heart of Istanbul. This newly renovated pad fits four lucky guests with a spacious terrace surrounding a beautiful scenic neighborhood.
I’d appreciate if guests could keep the Penthouse clean. When leaving the house please keep doors & windows locked.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home. There will be a $100usd penalty charged.

In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID’s in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Rental Conditions:
- Check in: After 3pm
- Check out: Before 11am
- - Please be respectful of neighbors in the building.
- - Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge
- - If you lose your keys there will be a surcharge of $25
- - Partying or loud music of any sort is NOT permitted in our property.
- Extra cleaning fee: $100 USD
- Early check-in fee: $100 USD
- Late check-out fee: $100 USD
