50 feet and toes are in the sand through private beach access! Property Manager welcomes you to this gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach apartment, 1950’s building but newly appointed apartment.. The apartment was partially renovated in the summer of 2021, a new kitchen and bathroom, with furnishings from Article, Crate & Barrel and West Elm. This home sleeps 4 with 2 fantastic queen beds, TV’s in every room, feather duvets and pillows, a fully appointed kitchen, giga blast wifi We include free Netflix and Hulu for every tv.
Beach Construction Notice:
The City of Norfolk will begin a sand replacement project on Toler Place and Willoughby Beach (from 11th View St to the terminal groin) in response to significant erosion from recent high tides. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning in late May 2025 and continuing through late July 2025. You will have to use the beach from 11th Bay and down to enjoy the beach.
Please be aware that the impacted section of the beach will be closed during work hours but will reopen in the evenings and on weekends. Alternate access to the beach is available via 11th View St and other nearby entry points.
This home sleeps 4 with 2 fantastic queen beds, TV’s in every room, feather duvets and pillows, a fully appointed kitchen, giga blast wifi and a front deck accessed from the side of the building. We include free Netflix and Hulu for every tv. Please note the deck overlooking the beach is accessed out the front door and is not a direct access onto the balcony. There is no private balcony. Beach chairs and towels are provided. We are pet friendly with a $75 per pet per week fee. Beach chairs are available.

Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Property Manager reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information
Driving to your Property Manager? Please inquire with the Property Manager team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Property Manager and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.
Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Willoughby Spit is a great neighborhood to check out on foot or bike with water on both sides! Our side contains over 7 miles of uncrowded and awesome beaches with small waves right on the Chesapeake Bay.
