The Home
Villa Omah Padi is a stunning villa in Ubud. You will definitely feel the Balinese vibes, enjoy views out to the ricefields and have easy access to Ubud central (located a 10-minute drive away). The staff are lovely and helpful. The villa consists of 5 bedrooms, with 10 people in total. The housekeeping is 7 days a week, to make sure the villa is clean every day. One baby cot is free of charge, however, if you need more, we can organize it with additional cozy. The size of the villa is 2100 m2 in total, therefore, it is suitable for a big group of friends or family. Daily breakfast is included, and nice welcome drinks will be served on arrival from our lovely staff. Events and weddings can be organized, subject to additional charged and specific terms and conditions. Please contact us for further information.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
