You will be spellbound by the views when you gaze through the floor to ceiling, rotunda windows when you walk into the large, open concept living space. The living room features a creamy white, custom sofa which mimics the curved shape of the rotunda windows, as well as cozy side chairs where you can read a book, enjoy the view, or watch your favorite program on the wall-mounted TV. The kitchen features all stainless appliances and quartzite counter tops. The large island has 3 barstools to provide extra seating. A few steps away is the large dining table with seating for 6. You can also choose to dine alfresco on the balcony just off of the kitchen. The outdoor table seats 6 and will provide you with a sunset view while you have your evening meal. There is also a balcony with a high top table and 4 chairs off of the dining/living area. The master bedroom is located just off of the living area and has amazing views over the dunes and over the emerald green waters. There is no better view to wake up to! The master has a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. The two guest bedrooms are locate down the hall from the kitchen. The junior master has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower (which also has access from the hallway). The third guest room has a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Both guest rooms have wonderful beach views. All of the bedrooms have their own TV’s. The condo also has an office workspace, full washer and dryer, and 1 deeded parking space in the covered garage. Also located on the grounds is a private pool for Compass Point Condo guests and there is also access to the Dunesider pool directly across the street from the building. The beach walkover boardwalk is directly behind the Dunesider pool. *This home DOES NOT have access to the Watersound Beach Club.
