The home offers 2 king bedrooms (master on first floor), 1 queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twins, and second living area with a pullout sleeper sofa and flatscreen TV on the second floor. The master bedroom is located at the front of the house with luxurious accents for the ultimate retreat. The en-suite master bathroom has double vanities, double shower and huge walk-in closet. The laundry room is near the master suite. As you make your way to the open-concept living space on the first floor you pass a powder room. The kitchen has a gas burning stove with plenty of pantry space and it’s fully equipped for meals made at home. There is a convenient wet bar across from the kitchen with an ice maker. There are four counter stools for additional dining seating and those fun gatherings in the kitchen. The dining area has a beautiful table for 6 guests. And the living space has plenty of very comfortable seating for TV viewing or entertaining for the whole family. The screened-in porch has a sectional couch for lounging and a nice round dining table for enjoying your coffee and paper in the morning. There is also a gas grill and outdoor shower off of the back side of the house. The second floor has an additional living space with a pullout couch that is ideal for kids or teens to hang out in. The twin bedroom is at the top of the stairs with 2 adorable twin beds. A bathroom in the hallway with walk-in shower is used by the twin room and queen room at the end of the hall. The spacious queen room has a large walk-in closet and flat screen TV. The equally as spacious second king master is also at the end of the hallway with a flat screen TV and it’s own en-suite bathroom including a shower/tub combo and walk-in closet. *This home DOES NOT have access to the Watersound Beach Club.
