Property Manager presents ’Vista del Mare’ located at 45 Seapointe Lane is
four floors of cool whites and grays in a modern, beach retreat. The home is
located in the quaint neighborhood of Tresca Place in Seagrove beach. ’Vista
del Mare’ is a quick, 6 minute walk to the beach at the Walton Dunes public
beach access. The Tresca Place neighborhood also has a community pool that
guests are welcome to use. The home is ideal for a family needing plenty of
room to spread out and an eye for modern finishes you would more likely find
in a luxury hotel than a beach home.
This modern home has all the convenience you’ll need for a scenic 30A
vacation. Entering the home, you’re greeted with white oak flooring and crisp
clean lines throughout. The shades of whites and grays give off a modern, yet
timeless feel to the home. The first floor has a queen sized bedroom with an
ensuite that has a separate tub and shower. The tufted headboard and soft
palate coloring are perfect compliments to a restful night of sleep. A set of
French doors lead out to the home’s private pool. The pool is the perfect size
for a quick dip to cool off from the heat of the day. Sure to be a hangout
area for the younger guests, a small family room completes the rest of the
lowest level.
The second floor of the home consists of three bedrooms. Two King bedrooms
with balcony access from both and a shared bathroom with a separate tub and
shower. For the younger guests, the bunk room on the second floor is sure to
be full of activity. With four total beds (two separate bunks), and an area
for watching TV, this will be a perfect spot to relax away the evening. This
room comes with an ensuite full bathroom.
The third floor to this beach side retreat holds the main living space for the
home. An open concept living, dining and kitchen area make it the hub of the
entire home. This gourmet kitchen is sure to please the chef in your family.
The Italian marble, waterfall style kitchen island anchors the room with it’s
perfect placement for entertaining. The dining room’s modern, sophisticated
feel with it’s ghost chairs and sleek white table is sure to bring any meal up
a notch when it comes to refinement. The living room’s plush couches are
perfect for sinking into after a long day exploring up and down scenic highway
30A.
The peak of the home on the fourth floor offers us the king sized master
bedroom retreat. With a wall of windows and French doors leading to a private
balcony, this oasis is sure to please. The soft grays and whites continue in
the master suite leading to a calming effect on your senses. It will be hard
to pull yourself away from comfort and relaxation of the gray tufted bed but
being able to view the enchanting waters of Gulf may offer a little
motivation. However, the wet bar under the large TV allows for you to stay in
your master suite for as long as you would like. The master ensuite bathroom
with its clean lines, refined finishes and Italian marble is the perfect
accompaniment to the suite.
When you are ready to go to the beach, you are a 6 minute walk from the Walton
Dunes public beach access. You can also ride one of the 5 included beach
cruiser bikes to make the trip even quicker. If you’re looking for an upscale,
modern beach retreat, you’ve come to the right place. This four story home is
sure to please a large gathering looking for a meticulous home with all the
modern finishes you would expect in a luxury hotel.

policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional clean charges.
\- Beach access located at the Walton Dunes Public Beach Access. 6 minute walk
BIKES: The quote you will receive will include one bike per bedroom.
RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
\- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE OF
26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
\- RATES- SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY during Spring Break and Summer
\- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
\- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean
during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out.
Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean
onto your reservation.
RATES- SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY during Spring Break and Summer
