The cabin is located a quick ten miles from downtown Ellijay and truly is a dream come true in the mountains. The warm furnishings, ample space and pure comfort make this a unique place to stay during your escape to the mountains. As you walk inside, you’ll notice the lovely indoor fireplace with a painting of the cabin’s namesake right above it. Rudy was the owner’s father who grew up in the country hunting and fishing and would have loved spending time at this cabin. It’s meant to create positive thoughts and a reminder to enjoy life with our loved ones for all who stay at Rudy’s Retreat.
Another place for bliss and fun at Rudy’s Retreat? The well-stocked game room. Enjoy billiards, a foosball table, and air hockey when you stay here. For the family that likes being competitive, we’ve got you covered!
The outdoor areas are immense and lovely, complete with an outdoor fireplace, a gas grill, and a hot tub. Fire up the grill and cook some delicious burgers and take a seat at the outdoor table. Cozy on up to the fireplace with a glass of wine and Fido (yes - the cabin is dog-friendly!) and get ready for an evening you won’t soon forget.
Near the cabin, the owners love Roo Mountain Vineyards, The Roof Ellijay, Cantaberry and The Shack of Ellijay. These unique local spots provide memories that you’ll only find in the Blue Ridge area. Pure bliss awaits at this cabin. So, book your stay and prepare for relaxation!
