LIVING AREA: the apartment consists of entrance/air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs. Kitchenette complete with fridge, oven and crockery, covered balcony with living area, ideal for enjoying breathtaking summer sunsets in relaxation.
ACCOMMODATION FOR THE NIGHT: three bedrooms: 1st double bedroom, 2nd double bedroom. Air conditioning in the hallway, a complete bathroom with tub and washing machine. 3rd bedroom with two pull-out beds, ceiling fan and private bathroom with shower.
FURTHER FEATURES: mosquito nets, shared outdoor shower available to guests. A reserved parking space in the internal courtyard. Direct access to the beach. THE PRESENCE OF ANIMALS IS NOT APPRECIATED.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Optional services:
- Arrival out of schedule: 20 EUR per booking.
- Crib: 15 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 2.
- Baby high chair: 15 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 2.
- Heating: 10 EUR per day.
