Inside, walls of enormous windows and vaulted ceilings give the cabin a bright and airy feel that brings the outside in. Professionally decorated with new, upscale, modern furnishings in neutral tones of beige and gray that complement the natural stone and wood construction, the ambience is welcoming, relaxing and cozy. You can gather and unwind in the main level family room with its floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace or head downstairs to the game room, where there’s a pool table, gas fireplace and wet bar. Both have 60” TVs with DirecTV.
Cooks will appreciate the brand-new kitchen, with its gleaming white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless appliances, including a gas stove, refrigerator with icemaker, crockpot and drip coffeemaker (there’s also a Keurig downstairs). There’s room for six at the dining table, or head outside to the decks where you’ll find a picnic table, a gas grill, patio seating and two fireplaces (one gas and one wood-burning).
When it’s time to turn in, you’ll slumber in comfort in your choice of three bedrooms, each with a 42” TV. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, a private bath with a garden tub, walk-in shower and double vanity and a reading nook in the adjacent loft. The main level bedroom has a queen bed and separate bath with walk-in shower and double vanity, and the downstairs bedroom, fittingly decorated in a bear theme, has a king bed separate bath with tub/shower. A washer/dryer is located in a closet on the main level.
If you’re looking for fun, relaxation and a magnificent mountain backdrop, look no further than Bear Claw Cabin. It’s the perfect retreat for a family vacation, a couples’ weekend or a friends’ getaway with the guys or the girls, the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again.
