The Space: Salt 4 is an impressive new luxury apartment ideal for couples and located right in the heart of the always popular Sorrento Village. Step outside the apartment complex and right onto the main strip with an amazing variety of boutique shops, Restaurants, Cafe’s, fresh produce, and galleries. An easy 5 minute stroll down the gently sloping street leads to the water’s edge at Sorrento Front Beach. Beautifully presented, tastefully furnished and in the ideal location, all make for the perfect holiday destination. The apartment is in the new Salt Complex and includes the use of a secure basement car park for complete convenience. Located on the ground floor, there is easy access from the main entrance of the complex as well as lift access to the secure car park. The lounge, kitchen and dining area is spacious, modern and with an abundance of natural light. Relax into the comfortable 3-seater couch in the lounge set up with TV, Foxtel Basic, BluRay and free Wifi. Comfortable all year round, Salt 4 has reverse cycle air conditioning and very high quality linen and towels are provided (byo beach towels). Sliding doors from the lounge lead to a private balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting. A very well appointed, fully-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and coffee pod machine with easy serving to the cosy 4 seat dining area. The bedroom has a Queen size bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with large shower, vanity and toilet. Secure basement car park space. Laundry area with front load WM and dryer. This property is Pet Friendly and if bringing a pet there will be a one-off charge of $55. Everything is within walking distance and we had a lovely time! Beautifully styled and immaculately clean. So close to everything in Sorrento. Cafes, shopping and restaurants right at your doorstep. We only had one problem and that was we didn’t want to leave. Host is great and communication is fast and detailed. We can’t wait to visit again. - Amazing value for money! Stylish and roomy with all amenities, this place is central to the Sorrento mainstreet. The room was nice and spacious, the little terrace was welcome and it was just an easy stay! A plus was the tv and all of foxtel available! Don’t think twice, book it! You won’t regret it!
